Registration papers and health record are being provided with a puppy. If registration papers are not back from registry at the time puppy is sold then seller has 3 months to give said puppy registration papers to new owner/buyer. If seller does not give papers within time frame above then seller will have to give a partial refund back to buyer. We make every effort to guarantee that each puppy from us is in good health at the time pup is placed with buyer. Therefore, we ask that you have the pup checked by your veterinarian within 72hrs. of getting the puppy. We cannot control the exposure your puppy encounters after leaving us, so if you choose not to have your puppy examined, then our contract is VOID. We offer a partial refund to buyer on life threatening illnesses (heart, liver, & kidneys). This contract is non transferable meaning that it does not extend to another person if you choose not to keep the puppy. Conditions such as but not limited to worms, ear mites, colds, hypoglycemia and/or coccidiosis, as well as gardia can be dormant but they are treatable & do not warrant a return. However, certain conditions must be followed for a partial refund to be made. The new puppy must be returned along with all paper work. Written consent from a licensed vet of pups life threatening illness and vaccinations must be up to date and if any of this is not done, then no refund of any kind will be made. If the puppy dies, an autopsy/necropsy must be done by licensed vet stating causes of death. This has to be furnished to us before a determination can be made for a partial refund. Please remember that a partial refund is only given if all terms are met, and a life threatening condition was diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, not for any other reason.
Any expenses incurred after the puppy leaves our care, such as vet bills, autopsy/necropsy, etc. is at the buyers expense. Our contract is null and void in case of accidental injury. Accidents can happen & every precaution should be taken when handling your puppy as well as providing a safe home environment. We make no guarantees on size, color, personality, temperament, fertility, or show ability. Please do not hesitate to contact us. Contract will be void after the 72hrs. period.
