This deposit will hold the puppy until it has been weaned and
is ready for pick up of 6 to 8 weeks of age. If the remaining
balance of $_____________ is not paid within five business
days from notification of pups availability, seller may offer
said puppy to another owner without any further obligation to
buyer placing this deposit. If the above pup was to die in
the sellers care, then we the seller will give back the full
deposit or let the buyer pick out another available puppy if
any puppies are available of the buyers choice. We the seller
have the right to back out of this contract at anytime and
refund the full deposit to the buyer.
